The Braless Wonder

Now this can really make one wonder. What braless person is out there? Who am I talking about? Pretty much every female out there!
Why would they be braless?

If you’re a female, you would know. But, if you were a male?…. I’ll let that hang for a sec.

This just might give you a little insight.

For those females out there:
Ever had that random sharp pain below your breasts. The feeling of light headedness when you put a bra on? Your shoulders aching and your skin on your back hurting? Having a hard time breathing with a bra on and for an hour or two after taking them off?

Why is that?

Maybe it’s just that you don’t have big enough breasts for that to happen. Or you just always ware a bra that is too small in the first place. Which you should never do.

As wearing the wrong bra can cause quite a few aches and pains.

But, what about the right bra?

You getting bruises on your ribs from wearing one all the time?

That’s mostly from the bra’s that have wires on them or have too short of a length along your sides. Did you know that bra’s and underwear were first created by a man? Just kidding. We have been wearing bra’s and underwear for a very long time. Before hand, they used to be called a Strophium (breast cloth) and a Subilgaculum (loin cloth). Who knows, maybe they had another name for them before even that!

The owners of the bra making companies wouldn’t want you to read this. The point is; even wearing the correct bra, you are damaging yourself every time.

Unless you want to get into specifics.

Before our bra’s, there was the corset, and before the corset, there were breast cloths. That’s not even counting the two in one clothes. Like the, ‘bloomers’ and ‘flappers’.

The breast cloth and loose fitting corset seemed to work out best. Though the breast cloth may have not been the style everyone wanted, it was the most comfortable. Personally, I am not sure about that. As I do not agree with the current ‘bra’ trend and I wouldn’t mind trying a corset. I am very curious about the breast cloth, and flappers, I am planning on trying those ones out.

If you want to read a little bit more on flapper underwear you can read some information on this site:
http://www.smithsonianmag.com/arts-culture/the-history-of-the-flapper-part-3-the-rectangular-silhouette-20328818/?no-ist

Have you ever wondered why, so many females in this age have, “drooping breasts“ as others would call it? First off, what can cause the breasts to droop? What damage can a bra cause?

This is what damage an ill fitting bra can cause:

- constricted breathing

- back pain

- restricted circulation to muscle strain and skin and muscle damage

- irritable bowel syndrome.

- sagging breasts

(This is all that I found out from observing hundreds of people during my life time. Though I hadn’t known about the irritable bowel syndrome. Till I started doing some research. Thought I have noticed the sagging breasts in other women. -)

From what dailymail.com “Is your bra bad for you? By Amy Anderson” also says,

- That wearing a bra long term can cause the blockage of vessels that can accumulate it towards the breast tissue. Creating a cancer like environment. (BREAST CANCER).

- also elevated hormones

- skin problems ‘bumps and lesions’

By wearing the wrong bra and by wearing it too often the muscle that holds your breasts up can become damaged and your breasts can sag.

There is a little more on this website, medicalnewstoday:
http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/259073.php

And many other sites.

Just keep in mind, that lovely bra you like to see her wearing, can damage her if you both are not careful.

It is okay for some woman around their middle ages, who are overweight, and have children to wear them “only on occasion“. But, those that are younger have no need of doing so and it can damage them even then.

A True, Declaration Of Independence

(Originally written on) April 18th, 2015

It has been many years I have looked around and see the people being repressed. Even with their ordinary or bizarre lives. It is from the constant conjured representations and restrictions. Who are we, to the others in a higher order; who were, then created by the very same people? As we have grown stupid by our governments influence and that of our own representatives and by our own ignorance. Where our schools only are given what can only get us so far as the ones that govern ourselves with a double sided rectitude. Where we once knew how to even govern ourselves we are misled by our own media. The information we need to help recreate such things has been moved without the majority of our brethren knowing how to reach it.

As our own mannerisms has been affected so horribly by such acts. The lands have been plundered and ravaged into their own desolate annihilation if nothing is rectified from this downhill treading. Adding among the once free to another war with another country. Which may very well create another downfall via our own economy that will Fail if we don‘t do anything.

As with our own ignorance it became greater. Our own endeavored president uses us to relinquish our rights, and waning democracy into a lower form of tyranny, and slavery; and eventually it will become a tyranny.

Where he needs to be impeached by our laws. For ALL forms of government were created, “For the People and By the People”. They are not higher then us, but a part of us.

“It is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it; and to institute a new government, laying its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”

“They derive their just powers from the consent of the governed.”

We Are the governed.

And We should be prudent with our own consequences. As it is Our own fault for letting such disparity continue. I have seen, listened, and noticed how Our own Government has turned into the governed and have strayed horribly from our own laws that we initially agreed upon. And even within our government; many of the people who work under such, do not believe their methods are just with our laws, and yet they still stay to protect us.

As I implore you and impel all of our people. We Now need to abolish our own usurpers of every court and presidency to remake our states with a True “Declaration Of Independence”.

“and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government.”

And hopefully it won’t be too late.

I, as a proud American and Citizen, hereby state this with truth, and with the help of our forefathers, ask for your help, and hope we can fix this Together.

As I believe:

The knowledge is there, if we look hard enough, and if that doesn’t work, step by step we recreate it together.

To Be Aware!

I was looking in one of my shelf's this evening.... and an old story I had written years ago came to mind. It was on November 9th, 2013

{  Have you guys ever gotten one of those cinnamon rolls, pre-made? So all you have to do is put it on a tray and cook it. Then, add the icing? Well today I ended up wanting to make one. An orange flavored. I had pulled the paper from the corner as it says to and it broke half way around the roll. So, I carefully grab another part to get it to pop. And you guys know how it normally POP's loud and makes you jump. Yup that's what I was hoping for it to do. Normal right? But, then it gets me thinking I would want some Cinnamon Rolls! Now I'm hoping it will pop.

Ok, so I finally get all the paper off.....

No pop.

So I'm at this point that I'm starting to get edgy. Wondering if there is something wrong. Will it pop if I poke it?

Nope didn't work.

Ok.... then I whack it with the back of a knife.

Still no go. RIDICULOUS!

"I WILL OPEN YOU!" Just kidding. But I had my thoughts. -sigh- Great now how to open it. I even use said knife and cut the sides at the exact slice. Just lightly because it has worked like that before.

It's not working…

I pick one end up and start whacking it on the counter, three times.

"Why the heck is it not opening!?" By now, I'm really, really wanting to get it open.

I give up on the last idea. Getting the knife out And Pausing. It's one of those pauses that make you want to pause, because of past experience. Like the example of touching fire. Would you want to touch it again after getting burnt? For me it was not really wanting to have my nerves on edge, because of hearing a loud POP. That would startle me to twisting around faster than normal, or almost bumping into the counter behind me, because of such. Which can make one feel cowardly. So, I close my eyes, and take a deep breath. Slowly... oh so slowly cutting it on one spot to see if that works.

"WHAT?"

I almost want to hit my head on the counter. It didn't pop plus it wouldn't open further. All well. I give up on waiting for it to pop. I cut it all the way and go on with cooking it.

SWEET, SWEET JUSTICE! Literally!
 Ever had that happen before? }

The memory made me smile. There was also a quote I had written for that time.

"For every candle there is a light. And for every soul it burns brightest. For you always will find hope in the dark."

And that brought several other thoughts to mind. Like when I had recently read the bible and watched a few films on youtube.com. Specifically about the, "Four Horsemen". I have heard of them. But, I had not known about them. For some reason, just hearing, "The Four Horsemen" sent a chill of dread down my spine. As if they were to bring something horrible to this earth. It's a feeling that you know something is wrong. Something is going to happen. With every cell of your being, as if you know, instinctually. I have had that feeling before. One time was the morning before my whole family went out on a trip and when we went to a restraint before heading back. I felt like there was something wrong with the food. And on the way home, my mother became very sick. Just barely making it back to the house. She almost died that day.

Let me get this straight though. I am not here to preach to you. I am here to write. These are true stories, my own curiosity, you name it. As I use my natural, innate ability of philosophy and other ways.

It got me to thinking, "What are The Four Horsemen"?

They are apparently called, "The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse" found in the bible of chapter 6 of Revelation. It predicts that they, "The Four Horsemen" will ride during the Apocalypse. They are traditionally named, "War", "Famine", "Pestilence", and "Death". (found on google.com)

We have already had war and a bit of famine. So I guess that leaves the last two. There are two videos of a spirit riding a white horse in the sky and attacking a jet, and a spirit riding a black horse during a thunderstorm. And for the first time in many years there have been several deaths from the west Nile virus in August 21st, 2012. Having been posted on ABC news.

Here is the web page for the 2015 update on the west Nile virus.

There was a lot of Pneumonia outbreaks in 2015 to. My own father got it and several people he knows. With type 1 and type 2.

And I hope you all are doing fairly well. On another note, there is quite a fire in the Northern section of North America with those fires in California and North East and West of Spokane Washington. It was nearing the time that the forest started it's cycle though. Seeing as the tree's were old and some new. But all in all, the forested area had not had a good fire in a while. So out of the ashes, the seeds will split, and grow anew.

As for California, it is still in quite a drought.

When it comes to a drought type area; it is never a good idea to swap out your grass for rocks. As the grass will create more condensation for it to rain, the rocks will only add heat and dry the place out. Try planting more trees that are native to the area. Be careful and cautious about how much water you use. If you use natural ingredient type soaps, you can also use your bath water, to water the yard and plants. Even the sink water. Unplugging your washing machine from the pipe inside and diverting it through a window and outside. That works to.

If you have animals: you can gather their poop and all the food scraps you have from the kitchen and dig a hole in your yard. Add grass clippings, tear up pieces of cardboard, fall leaves, and sticks to the pile. Use paper plates and cups so you can add it to the pile. And randomly rotate it with a pitch fork or shovel. What ever you prefer to use. In 2-3-4 weeks you will have the perfect fertilizer soil for your garden and trees.

Be aware of what type of area you live in. How much rain on average the city or state may get? Where the fault lines are at? How many earthquakes are near the fault lines and the closest volcano's? How much have the earthquakes increased in the past 10 or 30 years? What are the best exits of your house? Where are you safest if there are tornado's or hurricanes? Where is your closest water supply if the power goes out?

That brings me to another question that most prepper's do not bother with.

After all of that junk and horde of yours is gone-  How will you sustain yourself, friends, family, pets; once all of that is gone? You will have to learn how to grow crops at least 6 months in advance. Find water. Hunt and Kill. How to prepare meals or meats so that they can last like beef jerky. How to make cheeses and the like. Which foods can you eat that can supplement for another? For instance mixing beans and rice = a protein. If you can't get your hands on meats you can also eat a Lot more broccoli and green peas or other types of beans. What about medicine. Which herbs will you need? How to sterilize and filter your water. How to cook your meals when you have no gas or electricity. You have to learn how to make ovens "if you prefer" with straw or grass and mud. Making fires and a few other things.

Because, Not everyone can own a pre-made bunker that can sustain many people for many years!

What ever it is. Even if you had lost your job, and can't find another to be able to pay for your home in time with the bills, and you are left wondering the streets. Looking for food. What ever it is, we need to be ready. And to always remember, if you have no family to stick to, there are your neighbors, and many others. As long as we work together, we can stand strong, and make it through.

“There are those evenings when you cook.”

It was in one of those moments. With that knawing emptiness and grumble from your stomach. One’s that bring you to think up of the oddest of things. Or the ones that had crossed your mind once. What would it taste like? Or Should I mix those two and add a sweet sauce. This time, I thought many, many hours ahead.

I thought about Beans.

Odd things they are. But, what can you do with them? So I came up with something simple. I was excited about this meal. And I get to make some homemade Beans paste! What is the paste really called? Food! Well you can’t really make beans. Ha Ha You grow them. But, you can also cook them. Normally, always soak them for 5 to 8 or even 10 hours. Then, to boil them on low for 1 ½ to 2 hours till they are soft. That’s a long while…

As my middle sister is learning to be a nutritionalist, she had told me, that if you have beans with rice it creates a protein. Awesome right?

Since I have tried it once before and felt fuller then I did eating another meal. So long as I had some vegetables with it. But, the meal was a little off.

It was the Beans!

I had gotten them in a can. Now I wanted to make them fresh! I have only ever made it once, by my own hands. Instead of assisting FCCLA “Family Carrier And Community Leaders of America”. Which was when I was in Junior High School. Back then, it was for a burrito fund raiser.

This is what you will need.

You know those iles that are full of rice, bags of different beans, and noodles?

Well, you will need to pick the beans you want!

But, do you know what beans there are? There are many different types of beans. It may get confusing. First off, beans are part of the legume family. Which consists of -

(lentils, Peas, Beans, Peanuts, & Soy Beans)

* Pinto Beans - Are the most common. Ranges from a light, sometimes reddish brown spots.
* Kidney Beans - Are solid red beans.
* Black Beans - Are literally solid black.
* Navy Beans - Are solid white beans.
* Large Lima Beans - Are larger solid white beans.

And many more!

From what I have found out, Kidney Beans are sweeter then the others. Normally used for deserts. I’ll be trying black beans soon!

½ pound of beans = 4 bowls full with half rice and half beans.

When you let soak them, make sure to leave at least 1 to 2 inches of water above the beans. You can use a crock pot or just a regular pot. Either way, both of them work well. But, the main thing is that when choosing a pot, it depends on how much you want to make.

Then, the lovely waiting.

O.O or the dreaded waiting.

Depending on how hungry you are for beans!

On the back of the bag of beans, it will give you the instructions for the shorter soaking period. Though I have found, that the beans are softer and easier to smash when you let them soak longer. When you start boiling the beans, make sure to lower the temperature so that they don’t burn on the bottom.

Stir on occasion.

This is when you can add as much salt as you like. Even chopped onions, garlic powder, or a little bit of onion powder instead of chopped onions. The closer you get to 1 ½ hours, the closer you have to keep an eye on it. Stirring more.

If the water gets too low you can just add more.

Slowly smushing the beans with a fork or with a potato smasher.

Once it’s soft and at the consistency you like, you can turn off the heat. Wait till it cools a little. And enjoy! Do you have a favorite recipe with beans? So, what are you cooking?

The Famous Question

I bet you're all wondering, "What is that Famous Question?"
It all started with psychology and the inquisitive person!
I have only been asked this once in my life. It was when I had been taking a psychology class at the only collage in town. The horrible irony was that I had taken this class once before and aced it. That was when I had gone to a school called, Choices. But, by the time I graduated, I had decided to go to that one collage. Here, they had told me I had to take a psychology class.
Weird right?
So I just agreed. Being my first time at collage. We had started the class like a normal class. Then our retired psychologist turned teacher, asked us all to stand up one at a time, and introduce ourselves. What’s funny is that he didn’t ask us to introduce ourselves.
He asked us to answer one question,
“Who are you?”
….. The class was silent….
And the first person stood up….
I just watched in curiosity. Then, that poor first student had stated his name. The teacher shook his head and said,
“I didn’t ask you for your name, I asked you; Who are you?”
And that student began to say their name.
The teacher told him to sit down. And it was the next persons turn. And every time after, a student replied, and they stated their name.
Soon beginning to add things. Like where they were from, ect….
I noticed the pattern and listened. I, of course, was at the back of the class and just thought this was hilarious. But, at the same time it was also a waste of my time. As treating those students like that in such an uncaring and dismissive manor was wrong. Especially, because that question was too simple, but also too complex for them without some form of guidance. Which is exactly why all of the students were there in the first place. To be GUIDED and LEARN something new.
As you may have probably not guessed; I just played along. Watching the teacher with a critical eye. No one got it right. In the end, he did mention the reason what had happened when not one spoke the correct answer. Talking about the collective pattern associated with the wrong answers. But never explaining why he had questioned us in such a manor.
I haven’t meant to tell you how the rest of the class went. But I would like to share what I know. I shall tell you,
The ultimate answer.
First, “What is that Famous Question?”
“Who Are You?”
It can only be answered two ways,
“I am, who I am."
"But, a multitude of descriptions that can only be answered by one word. And that is My Name. That is Who I am.”
Of course I would have loved to confuse Mr. Teacher. Who wouldn’t have fun with that?
